I was trying to run vLite which required the WIM filter from Microsoft and ran into walls trying to get this from MS's large WAIK download. I hope this torrent helps others out.

Folder includes:

wimgapi.dll
wimfltr.sys (x86)
wimfltr.sys (x64)
